Technology innovation in Quality Control

Using advanced technology, we achieve the highest levels of quality assurance throughout every stage of the production process.

Traceability

  • Material traceability at any point in the production process, from melting and casting of raw materials, to extrusion to finishing.
  • Product traceability every package shipped from our factory is sealed to prevent penetration of dampness, or any other damage, during transport, and barcoded to let us follow and trace it at all times.

Automation

Production lines are continuously inspected, with real time alerting on deviation in any parameter, allowing us to correct or reject faulty or damaged materials.

Data monitoring

Our systems monitor data throughout the production process, analyze it in real time and save it for future reference.
